Ask guests to arrive prior to the painting time to get some food and drinks after they check in and pay if not already pre-paid.
My party team arrives 1-1.5 hours in advance depending on the party size.
Have tables cleared and ready to set
Provide a table or counter for our paint station
Place to fill our water cups
Place to dispose of dirty paint plates and napkins
While we are taking group party pics my party team disposes of garbage and packs up while you enjoy time with your friends!

That's it - easy!

The venue, in trade for not charging us room rental and they appreciate food and drink orders while you are painting.

To reserve your party seats simply book now get on the guest list. You may pre-pay or select cash at party with our special discount code. Getting on the Guest List lets PaintnPartyOR and the Venue know how many guests to expect and how many painting kits to bring to the venue. These two options allow you to confirm that you are intending to attend and saves your party seat. Please call or text 503.480.9909 in advance if you need to cancel so others can have your party seats.

Refunds

Cash refunds are not issued for cancellations. If you need to cancel your reservation and pre-paid you may attend another PaintnPartyOr within 90 days of the party, issue the credit to another guest attending as a gift to paint at the party. Cancellations: Call or text Maxine 503.480.9909.

If the event is cancelled by the venue, you may attend another party within 90 days, attend re-scheduled party, give your party seat to another guest or request a refund.
