Save the Date: $150 Non-Refundable Deposit will be applied towards 3 artists day of your party, non-refundable if cancelled. Yes, let’s re-schedule. Payable upon booking.

Minimum Party Cost: $250 - You agree to pay the minimum balance due and for additional artists exceeding the minimum. You may pre-pay with card or cash at party is preferred. Normally, your artists normally pay cash at party as they arrive. Sorry no checks.

Arrival time for party set up: -5 pm please have tables ready to set.

PaintnParty Time: 6 pm

Allow time for party pictures and clean up after.

Painting: Roads End

Pre-pay: Non-refundable “Save the Date” Deposit applied towards your party.

Cash at Party Cost: $40 Per Artist + a small gratuity has been added you may choose to add to the gratuity. *A gratuity is always appreciated, thank you!

Bankcards: Add $2 bankcard fee.

Set Up: Table covers and all materials & supplies including aprons are provided. Please provide access to water to fill cups and a bag of paint garbage will be left. Please allow space for two floor easels at the end of the table for painting step by step instruction.

Disclaimer: Participants attending PaintnPartyOR: You agree to not hold PaintnPartyOR, Craftercity, LLC or Maxine Addington or Independent Contractors liable for property damage caused by paint, protect your carpeting and furniture, spills happen.

Health: PaintnPartyOr will follow recommended CDC for safe gatherings as you desire. PaintnPartyOr and Artists in attendance agree to not attend if feeling any symptoms. Re-scheduling the group may be necessary and understandable. Save the date deposit is not refundable. Maxine is fully vaccinated x3.
